Bill Kirk back on air

Long-standing Sunbury Radio member and on-air talent Bill Kirk was back in the studio on Wednesday 18 September for one night only – standing in for Dean Walker and hosting In The jail House Tonight.

While the show varied slightly from Dean’s usual great selection of recent releases and intriguing interviews, Bill had fun back in the saddle presenting two hours of music from the folk and country music genres, there was a smidgen of blues and the traditional introductory ‘jailhouse theme’ from Johnny Cash.

Some of the other singers and musicians featured included Mark O’Connor, Lanie Lane, Zeptepi, Julie Wilson, and Brian Fraser to name a few.

Dean will return as normal on Wednesday 25 September.
